Partner Terms

1. Who these terms are for

These terms are for anyone who lists a service in Find help: tank maintenance, aquascaping and setup, advice, online or in person, or breeding. They add to the Terms of Service, which still apply. "We" means Smart Tank Club.

2. Listing is free

Listing is free for now. If we start charging for extras, we will say so on this page and tell listed partners first, as section 10 describes. A basic listing stays free.

3. What you list

List a real service that you offer, with a link to your own site or booking page. Keep your areas, and the species you breed, accurate.

You are responsible for your service, your prices, your bookings and anything you sell. Sales and bookings happen on your site, not ours, and we are not a party to them.

4. What a listing must not contain

Anything false or misleading.
Someone else's name or brand presented as yours.
Species or services that are illegal where you offer them.
Links to anything harmful, such as malware or scams.
Anything meant to collect people's contact details for spam or to sell them.
Adult or hateful content.

5. Review

We review every listing, and every change to one, before it shows. While a change waits for review, your listing is hidden.

6. How the order is decided

Find help puts partners near the keeper first: those serving the keeper's region, then those serving their whole country, then those working online. Within each group, partners with more recommendations from keepers come first, and among equals the oldest listing comes first.

Nearness comes first because most of these services are given in person. Recommendations come next because they show what other keepers found useful. No one can pay to move up.

We use the country and region of the keeper's connection to find what is near them, and we don't store it. Keepers can choose another area on the page.

7. Refusal and removal

We may refuse a listing, or remove one that is listed, if it breaks these terms or the Terms of Service. We always tell you why on your Settings page. You can change your listing and send it again, or write to support@smarttank.club to ask us to look again.

8. Clicks and recommendations

We count clicks on your link and show you the count in Settings. We don't record who clicked. Keepers can recommend you with a thumbs up, and we don't edit recommendations.

9. Removing your listing

You can remove your listing from Settings at any time. Closing your account removes it too.

10. Changes to these terms

We will email listed partners at least 15 days before a change to these terms takes effect, unless the law requires a change sooner.
