Terms of Service

1. The service

Smart Tank Club is a record-keeping tool for aquariums. Its catalog and its checks are guidance drawn from published care ranges. They are not veterinary or professional advice, and they cannot guarantee the health of any animal or plant.

2. Your account

You must sign in with an email address that is yours, and you are responsible for activity under your account. If you connect an AI assistant, its connection address is a secret that acts as you: keep it to yourself. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country.

3. Plans

The free plan keeps 1 live ecosystem. The paid plan, where it is offered, keeps up to 10 and is billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe. Nothing is charged unless you choose the paid plan.

The paid plan renews until you cancel it, which you can do at any time from Settings. It then stays until the end of the period you paid for. Refunds are at our discretion: write to support@smarttank.club. Closing your account ends a paid plan at once, with no refund for the rest of the period.

When a paid plan ends nothing is deleted. One ecosystem stays writable; the others can be read but not changed until you subscribe again or delete ecosystems down to the free plan's limit.

4. Acceptable use

Enter only data you are entitled to share. Do not misuse the service, try to break it, or use it unlawfully. Catalog suggestions must be accurate to the best of your knowledge.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of what you add. You grant us the limited rights needed to store it, show it to you and run the service, and to study it without your name as the Privacy Policy describes. A catalog suggestion that is approved becomes part of the catalog every keeper sees.

6. No warranty

Records and checks are worked out from what keepers enter and may contain errors. The service is provided "as is", without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including the loss of livestock.

7. Ending

You may close your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
